- It's worth noting that doctors go to school for at least 21 years BEFORE residency (kindergarten through medical school), racking up around $250,000 in debt. Then, depending on specialty and sub-specialty training, they spend anywhere from 4-10 more years in residencies and fellowships.

- This is disgusting. The women are harming themselves for the sake of vanity, and the physicians are endorsing harmful behaviors because they can make money doing it despite knowing better. Some of these women, by responsible medical standards, weren't overweight before they started dieting.

- Attention is one thing. Assault is another thing entirely. These women aren't protesting appreciative glances or respectful flirtation. They are protesting rape, and they are protesting the attitude that women deserve violence for wearing dresses or lipstick or high heels.

- That's still sort of dumb and unsafe, but at least a 7-year-old can hang on and is probably sitting flat on the bed of the truck. And yes, most of the time, that scenario turns out just fine. This is more than a little different, though. This was an INFANT in a STROLLER.
